- Open Brother Utilities
Select "Scan" > "ControlCenter4"

Make sure that you're on "Scan" tab then select "Email"

The scanner will start scanning your documents, once complete it will pop-up with an attached file on the Outlook.

On the desktop of the computer, you should have a text document (Scan to box or IPDI xxxx) with email address to send the file and link to make sure that it's saved on box.

Now you can check to see if the file is on box, if not you need to open Outlook and select Outbox to make sure that all the email sent.
That's it, you'd just sent the scan and file on box!
