The phone isn't working due to either a connection issue or a problem with the cable. While we're fixing the line, we can temporarily forward calls to a different number. To ensure uninterrupted communication, we have arranged for a temporary call forwarding solution.

Guideline:

  1. 1, Contact IT Department or Phone Provider: Please reach out to our IT Department or your phone service provider as soon as possible. IT Department will look for the problems may be PBX System, Billing Issues, Phone Line Outside is Broken.


  2. 2.If the phone isn't repairable within an hour, please offer an alternative contact number. Make sure this substitute number is attended to and can manage the incoming calls efficiently. We will use this number as a temporary measure until our usual phone service is reinstated. Ask for all incoming calls to be redirected to another functioning phone line, which could be a mobile phone or a different landline that's able to support our volume of calls 


  3. 3. Additional Assistance: If you encounter any issues with this procedure or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our IT department. They are equipped to provide the necessary support and guidance to navigate through this temporary setup such as new temporary phone , Phone application, or Routing Number to the working number.
