In case of internet connection failure, 
please follow these steps: 

1. Check the primary internet connection and try to reconnect. 

2. If the primary internet connection is not working, switch to the secondary internet connection from a different provider. 

3. If both the primary and secondary internet connections are not working, use a mobile hotspot as a backup. You may need to install the hotspot app on your device. 

In case of electricity outage, please note: 

1. We have a UPS system that can run the system for about 15 minutes. Please service the customer within that time and inform them of the situation. 2. If the UPS system fails, please wait for the electricity to resume or contact the power company. 

In case of LOC issues, please note: 

1. If the LOC station is still working, please continue the operation. The data will be transferred back to the host server once it is back online. 

2. If the LOC station is not working, please call the IT department ASAP and report the problem.
